Film Festival breaks ground on new home
By Kathy Leon
The Sarasota Film Festival is breaking ground on its new hub this morning , and affordable condominium complex. Sarasota film festival Chairman and President Mark Famiglio has owned property in downtown Sarasota for nearly 40 years but now he’s looking for something more permanent.
What is footing the bill is a boutique condo complex that not only will house the film festival office, and offices for other creative types, but it will offer affordable downtown living for others as well. It’s at 332 Coconut , and so far response has been overwhelming.
